ANNA HANDY LOST

An extremely unqualified person ran for Circuit Court judge and lost. Fortunately.

In the August election for Judge of Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit, ANNA HANDY lost by over 20,000 votes.
With only five years experience as an attorney, Handy was no match for her opponent who’s been an attorney since Handy would have been in kindergarten in Belarus where she is from.

During the campaign, Handy censored speech by deleting comments to her Facebook campaign page and blocking the people who posted the comments she deleted. She did this while responding to many comments asking if she would “uphold the Constitution” if elected.

Handy filed a Cease & Desist Order against the author of this webpage, claiming copyright for comments posted by other people to her public Facebook campaign page.

Handy also claimed copyright for a generic list of legal practice areas.

Handy made a questionable accusation against her opponent while attempting to call him out for “failure to follow the judicial canons of ethics.” As a personal injury lawyer, Handy collected campaign contributions from accident clinics and chiropractors. She also claimed to have seen her opponent, an attorney, mediator, and judge with decades of experience, “shaking with anger” over her motion to disqualify him from a case.

On the Vote411 Voter Guide, Handy voiced considerable accusations against the sitting Circuit Court judge. “I have personally observed and experienced a lot of disrespect from the currently seating judge, Michael Orfinger. I am convinced that he lacks the judicial temperament.”
Handy described herself as “kind and unbiased.”

Anna Handy has notified the author of this website of her intentions to file a lawsuit for Defamation of Character of a Public Figure. Handy has been sending letters requesting financial information, apparently looking for how much money she thinks she can sue for “injuries sustained.”
The nature of these alleged “injuries” is unknown.

Handy has sent another demand for information, asking for the author’s business liability insurance, even though she should know she cannot make any claims against the author’s business.
